WDC cell of our college has been strining hard to fulfill the following well focused objectives
1. To empower girl students on economic social and cultural fronts.
2. To provide girl students with conducive ambience for learning
3. To expose girl students to understand the various social evils prevailing against
women in the society and make our student to counter them efficiently.
4. To make the girl student to take on entrepreneurship, with innovation and creativity.
5. To offer skill oriented courses to impart training to girl students to make them self dependent

- The WDC took it wings to a flying start on 06.01.2016 Dr. I.S. Parveen Sulthana was chief guest and she spoke about how a women should be bold and courageous all the times.
- The international womens’ day on March 8, 2016 was celebrated with much fanfare with the conduct of various innovative, thought provoking and interesting events Dr Amudha Ramalingam was the chief resource person for this event.
